I want to be added/removed from your mailing list.  How do I do this?

TICKETS:
I'd like to order a Sampler Series and I hoped to see a show next week; what should I do?
We'd love to have you order a Sampler, but during our move, we may not be able to respond to your request with our usual turn-around. Sampler requests will not be filled after July 15th and will not begin to be processed again until Monday, July 28th Please consider purchasing your tickets through njArtsTix.org - NJ's own TKTS booth on the web.  With discounts of up to 50% on tickets purchased 24 hours before a performance, you're likely to find the show you want at prices that are comparable to the Sampler.

I can't log onto njArtsTix, what should I do?
This system is case sensitive so be sure to type in your username and password exactly the way you entered it in (ie makes sure CAPSLOCKS is off, etc.)

I want to see a show tonight but when I went to njArtsTix, I couldn't find the listing.  Now what?
If the show is not listed the day of the performance, that means the theater is not selling any rush discount tickets.  Please call the box office to see availability.

I tried to place a ticket order via njArtsTix, but the site wouldn't accept my credit card; what now?
Type in your credit card without spaces or dashes between the numbers - this should do the trick. Also remember, we only accept Visa or Mastercard.

MEMBERSHIP:
I am a local theater.  How do I join the New Jersey Theatre Alliance?
We have specific criteria to become a member.  Please look at Membership Criteria to see if your organization fulfills the requirements. 
 

AUDITIONS:
Is it too late to register for auditions?  Couldn't I just show up?
Yes, it is too late to register for this year's auditions.  You will be turned away if you try to show up without a confirmed appointment.

I submitted my headshot and resume to be considered for the Combined Auditions.  When do I find out if I got in or not?
We have processed all headshots that made the deadline and completed the schedule.  For the actors who got a slot, you should receive a letter in the mail no later than July 18th. 
Confirmation calls will be accepted starting July 21st.

The confirmation deadline will be extended until Wednesday August 6th.
