the organization will be in
a position to achieve long-term
success and stability. NJTA's
Executive
Director has many years
experience in board development
and strategic planning and has
often been hired as a consultant
to organizations across the
state in helping assess their
strengths and weaknesses and
in formulating plans that will
address each area.
